Midland Bridge

What is it?

Midland Bridge connects the Lower Bristol Road with the centre of Bath, the road passing close to the terminus of the Midland Railway at Green Park station (just visible in the distance below the left hand tree in the photograph below).

"Corporation of the City of Bath
This bridge was opened by Alderman A. Taylor
the 12th of December 1905
and made & erected by
A Handyside & Co. Ltd.
